I’m so glad you’re here. My goal is to make your experience feel comfortable, relaxing, and easy from the moment you book. Here are a few things to know before your first visit.

Before Your Appointment

Your new client intake and consent forms will be completed during the online booking process, so there’s no additional paperwork you need to complete before you arrive.

Please provide accurate health information when booking and let me know about any changes that may affect your massage.

Quiet Tide Massage is located inside Sonash Hair Connection:

Costa Mesa, CA 92627

Your massage will take place in a quiet, private treatment room within the salon.

Availability
Quiet Tide Massage currently welcomes clients on Mondays by appointment. Available appointment times can be viewed when booking online.

Arrival

For your first visit, arriving about 5–10 minutes early will give you a little time to get settled and discuss any preferences or areas you’d like me to focus on.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and sessions will begin and end at their scheduled times.

Pregnancy

Quiet Tide Massage does not currently offer prenatal massage. If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, please wait until after your pregnancy to schedule an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. Emergencies and extenuating circumstances will always be considered.

Your Massage

Every session is customized to your comfort and preferences. You’re always welcome to let me know if you’d like more or less pressure, a change in positioning, extra attention to a particular area, or anything else that would make your experience more comfortable.

Most importantly, this is your time to relax.
