Meet Lauren
Hi, I’m Lauren. I’ve spent over seven years working as a massage therapist in a professional spa, where I’ve had the opportunity to work with all kinds of clients and learn what makes a massage feel truly personal.
One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been having clients return to me year after year. Over time, I get to know the little things, like where you tend to hold tension, the pressure you prefer, and what helps you fully relax.
That experience inspired me to create Quiet Tide: a place where I can bring everything I’ve learned into a more personal setting and give each client the time, attention, and care they deserve.
